On the occasion of our #ChorizoInsght initiative, on 3 and 4 May, the city of Salamanca welcomed professionals from the meat sector from France and Germany to learn about the whole process of making chorizo and the values represented by the seal by visiting the facilities and the pastureland of our Salamanca partners.
A tapas dinner, a visit to the Dehesa, or a chorizo tasting are some of the activities that will take place at #ChorizoInsight, the new initiative organized by the Spanish Chorizo Consortium, which invites several international influencers to get a firsthand experience of the Spanish Chorizo seal.
On 20, 21 and 22 March, we were at the International Food & Drink Event (IFE) in London, one of the most important trade fairs in the agri-food sector in the United Kingdom. An event where the Consorcio had the opportunity to present its brand to the professional public and to continue consolidating its brand in international markets such as the English market, a market that is extremely demanding in terms of quality and food safety and which is the main market for the Consorcio del Chorizo Español.
