The European Union co-finances information and promotion programmes for agricultural products on the internal market and in third countries, as stipulated in Regulation (EU) 1144/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

This regulation establishes the procedure, the agricultural products covered by these programmes and the countries in which they may be carried out.

In accordance with the provisions of article 6 of the consolidated Royal Decree 38/2017, a request for approval of the selection process must be submitted, accompanied by supporting documentation.

For the definition and execution of these programmes, the Consorcio del Chorizo Español seeks the collaboration of an implementing body that will work on the development and execution of the promotional activities to be incorporated into the programmes for the three-year period 2025-2027.

To this end, a selection process is now being launched, calling for applications from agencies with experience in the promotion of agri-food products that wish to participate.
