From 15 to 19 october, SIAL, the world’s largest professional meeting of the food sector, will be held in Paris. The Spanish Chorizo Consortium will be present and will have a stand shared with the Consorcio Serrano ham.

France is the first destination of cured meats exports. Our #SpanishChorizo label increased by 3.5% from the 1st semester 2021 to the same period this year. In addition, all of our 20 associates are currently selling chorizo in the French market.
